El Presidente is one of the best holiday and family friendly complexes in the Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona areas on the Costa del Sol in Spain. Just a 250 metres walk from the beach and our closest beach bar restaurant, La Vela Azul, it has 5 wonderful swimming pools (one is scheduled to be heated in the cooler months) plus a paddling pool for the younger ones, beautiful sub-tropical gardens and fountains, a peaceful and friendly atmosphere, 24hr monitored security, free parking, tennis, padel & basketball courts, a small football pitch and a nearby children's play area.
Within walking distance there are 2 local beach bar "chiringuitos" and many excellent restaurants, as well as an ALDI supermarket that is only 500 metres away.
Also in the surrounding area, there are numerous extremely good golf courses.
We and our family live in El Presidente, and so we will be on hand to personally welcome you to your apartment and introduce you to the complex and the local area.
